Your design, not ours

ARÉNOVA does not impose a style. Where a scheme exists, our role is to realise it without compromise: we read the drawings closely, raise questions early, sample every finish in the room it belongs to and proceed only once you or your designer have signed it off. If something on paper will not work in the building, we say so before it is built, not after.

How a commission runs

1. 01 Walk-through: we visit the home, review the scheme and agree scope, sequence and standards in writing.
2. 02 Sampling and sign-off: every material is sampled on site and approved before it is ordered.
3. 03 Execution: work proceeds under daily oversight, and each finish is inspected before the next begins.
4. 04 Handover: a final walk-through together, with a written record of the materials used and how to care for them.

Where we work

We work in private homes across London, from period townhouses and mansion flats to contemporary apartments, by appointment and with discretion. Our craftsmen have worked in London homes since 2004.

Questions

Do you design interiors?

No. We execute schemes designed by you or by your interior designer. If you have not appointed a designer yet, tell us about the project and we will advise on how to proceed.

Can you work alongside my interior designer?

Yes. Working to a designer's drawings and specification is the heart of what we do. See Designer Partnerships for how we work with design studios.

How many projects do you take on?

A limited number at a time, so that each commission receives the full attention of the studio.
