Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information ARÉNOVA collects when you visit arenova.co.uk or contact the studio, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
ARÉNOVA is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@arenova.co.uk or by post at 23 Malham Terrace, Dysons Road, Edmonton, London.
What we collect
- Inquiry and consultation forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project location, project type, property type, whether you have a design, when you would like to start, and what you tell us about your project.
- Email: whatever you share with us when you write to the studio.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider runs the server that hosts this website and our email. Website forms are sent by that server straight to our inbox; no third-party form service is involved.
The website's typefaces and images are served from our own server; it loads no third-party fonts, scripts or trackers. If our hosting provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards it puts in place for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted from our records within 24 months. If we work together, project records are kept for six years after completion to meet legal and accounting obligations. Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security; these are rotated and deleted automatically. To stop the contact forms being abused, the server also records a one-way hash of the sender's IP address with each form submission and deletes it after 24 hours.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@arenova.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
