Founded in 2004, ARÉNOVA exists at the intersection of heritage craftsmanship and contemporary build discipline — a small team of studio principals, project leads, and trusted artisans serving fewer than a dozen commissions a year.
Philosophy
Craftsmanship should outlast trend. Every commission begins with the building itself — its proportions, its history, its place in the streetscape — and is shaped through extended dialogue with the client.
Practice
We operate end-to-end as principal contractor: from feasibility and planning coordination through specification, trade management, and final handover. There is no portfolio of off-the-shelf interiors. Every specification is drawn, sourced, and signed off for a single residence.
Selectivity
Capacity is limited by intent. Engagements run from twelve to thirty-six months. Inquiries are reviewed on the basis of brief depth, site suitability, and mutual fit — not budget alone.
